Strawberry Tongue With Blisters Very Painful "Strawberry Tongue" - No Other Symptoms - What Is It?

Very painful "Strawberry tongue" - no other symptoms - what is it? - strawberry tongue with blisters

My 4 years, and his friend from school had a strawberry tongue. It is too painful to eat. Not even chocolate bear it clear how bad it is. It started as a little pain and was thick, yellow, white blanket covered, then came the little shock of bright red, where the coating has disappeared - and increases the pain. Apart from a slight fever, the paracetamol and ibuprofen, no other symptoms is maintained. Well, there was a rash of intermittent heat, which appears on the trunk and neck, when the fever spikes, but then disappears an hour later when I get back home. It may be a rash of scarlet fever without sufficient Kawasaki can no symptoms. What is it?
